Can you accommodate special diets?
A pizza dinner with cheese and pepperoni pizza will be provided. We are not able to fulfill special meal requests but can accommodate children with allergies/dietary restrictions.
If your child has allergies or dietary restrictions, please plan on packing an alternative meal and be sure to include this information in your child’s Medical Release Form so our staff will be informed.
Who will be interacting with my child?
AAC staff members at Parents’ Night Out are excited, caring and creative people.
Our staff goes through a rigorous four-stage interview process that includes: Application, group and one-on-one interviews, reference check and a national background check. Those who meet our standards and maintain AAC values are invited to join the AAC team. All of our teachers are required to have experience working directly with children, as well as a loving, caring attitude and enthusiasm for learning. The instructors and staff at AAC have degrees in education and or/art from their home countries and bring a wealth of different experiences to the team.
How will my child be supervised?
* We maintain a 1 staff to 6 child ratio for children ages 4–6 and a 1 staff to 8 child ratio for children ages 6 & up.
* Attendees are split into groups based on grade level and assigned at least one lead educator, 1–2 assistant educators and trained volunteers. Depending on the ages of attendees, groups will roughly be split up into these grade level ranges: Pre K–K; 1st–2nd; 3rd–5th and 6th+. If siblings that cross these age ranges would prefer to stay together, accommodations can be made.
